(More customer reviews)I purchased this camera to use as a covert button cam. Though the picture shows a bracket it doesn't become clear what you are going to get until you receive the product. This camera is set up to be mounted on a shelf or something, not on a person in a shirt! Now ask yourself who would have a button laying around facing you just anywhere? The a/v wire plugs directly into the back (perpendicular) to the camera frame. this is not a sensible direction especially if you decide to find a way to use this as a button in a shirt. It will cause the camera to be pushed away from your body. Finally the camera comes with an ac power adapter. No portability there. This will require you to purchase extra parts if you wish to use it in a portable manner. The camera does not come with any spec sheet. this would be important in order to figure how to pair it up with a battery pack, rechargeable or not. It states low power. Of all the button cameras on the market I have noticed the majority of them were 9 volt or less. This camera comes with a 12 volt a/c plug. this is by far the least low power button camera on the market.
On a good note. The video appears to be pretty good quality. the width the camera captures is pretty good. I haven't noticed much out of its focus option, but it sais it will focus.
finally, I have located other button cams that have better wiring arrangements, lower lux, and come complete with dc adapters and matching buttons for around the same price.
