(More customer reviews)I bought Spector Pro 2010 directly from SpectorSoft. I bought it in Dec and didn't get around to installing it until mid-Feb. Over two weeks on one of my PCs, it did a decent job though I found the User Interface to be a bit clumsy. Having not paid attention to the licensing agreement, I then installed it on a second PC. The next morning I got an email from them informing me that I had infringed on the licensing by installing on a second system, and my choice was to pay $69.95 more, or remove it from the second system. After shopping around a bit more, I found another application that I picked up for the same price, it included TWO licenses, and it is far superior. I called SpectorSoft and asked if I could get a refund (they told me it had been running two weeks on my first PC). NO REFUND. I asked if I could sell my license on ebay and recoup some of the $99 I paid for it. NO LICENSE TRANSFERS. Oh wonderful! I paid $99 for software that I don't even own. The only thing these guys care about is collecting cash, and the application that was less than half the price is MUCH better! Don't believe it when SpectorSoft says that theirs is the best. NOT SO!!!
