(More customer reviews)I am disappointed with the seller of this product. The product seems to be fine and works good. The problem is Home Security4less sells the product, but I can't get technical help from them regarding some of the features. If you call the supplier, Home Security Store, they refuse to help you because they are separate from HS4L, although they (Home Security Store), apparently, ships the product from their warehouse. What a mess. I would suggest anyone wanting to buy this product should purchase it from the Home Security Store and pay a little more for it and they will help you with installation questions.
