(More customer reviews)Ok, when I first got this everything pretty much was straight forward. Install the software, plug in the stuff, and a few other simple things. One thing I wish I would've known was my computer can't be signed on to messenger if I want to use it on the phone. One thing I really liked about the phone was the keypad, it was very simple and the buttons were comfortable, but still something to get used to. One other great thing is the talk option of when you're on AIM. Other than the part where the computer has to be signed off in order for it to work on the phone, this is all in all a great product.
