(More customer reviews)I originally purchased a Lorex - had issues for days and tried to get in touch with their customer support (don't even try) and they ended up getting back to me after 2 weeks! Lorex is horrible customer service, do NOT buy. Swann, no problems at all, easy setup, easy interface, and ZERO problems. This was the best deal for a total package for all inclusive.
