(More customer reviews)I purchased 2 Lorex systems for my stores, and I ended up replacing both of them within 2 years. The first system stopped working after about 6 months, and I requested a replacement mother board. It took several weeks and phone calls to finally get it from Lorex and then it did not work either. So after many more calls, they finally sent another mother board - and it was the wrong one. When I called them to send the right one - their answer "Sorry you are no longer under warranty". I sent faxes, emails, etc. to company management - no response. So
I finally had to replace this one with a Defender system.
The second one lasted about a month past warranty. I will NEVER buy another Lorex system again - poor quality and very poor customer service. I am out over
$2000 with this company.
I only gave it 1 star as it would not let me give it zero.
