(More customer reviews)I bought two of these. Set up was a breeze. The receiver is very small, fits in anywhere, reception distance is good. However, like some of the other reviewers have pointed out, the image quality is very poor. It has two resolutions 640X 480 and 320X280 (or something like that). The higher resolution is poor enough that you never would like to use the lower resolution. When it comes to face recognition, it fails completely. Even in daylight you cannot recognize your own face if you stand more than 10 feet away, at night it is even worse. The frame rate at higher resolution is only 12FPS, so if a person walks too quickly forget about any face recognition even if the person is close to the camera. The angle of view is only 53 degrees so it won't cover a wide area, and at night the IR lights only cover the center of the lens coverage area, so the angle of view is something like 30 degrees. It does interfere with other 2.4 GHZ devices, my cordless phone has a lot of noise now. So, if you want this camera just to know if somebody is there or not (but don't care who it is), don't care about resolution or frame rate, and don't want the mess of running the wires, then this camera is for you. If you need a higher resolution, faster frame rate, low interference, better face recognition, wider angle look somewhere else. I am sending both of these back.
