(More customer reviews)Product works great and the idea of one transformer for every 4 cameras is neat less space but if the transformer fails all the cameras will also. The video quality is awsome to say the least. The customer tech support is great since they will remote setup the DVR "Free" for you but you will need to set up an appointment a day in advance. The manual is complicated for internet video setup, so take the time to do the setup with them its free and takes about 15 minutes it will make life a whole lot simpler for you. The are junk replaced all of them with wide angle cameras sony lens to get more coverage. And yes the customer support started out great here in the good old "USA" which usually makes a big difference. "Update"
My router was updated by ATT uverse and I called night owl customer to do the remote setup service and emailed them over several days. The recording says 30 minute call back I'm still waiting three days. I finnaly got a human being and he told me that they will not do the remote setup anymore he was no help he refused to help me to set up my remote viewing. Also channels 5 thru 8 stopped working so I filled out the return materials sheet which has a funny question "did you speak to a tech about the issues Ha ha ha they dont answer. Well I am returning the unit to them maybe they have gotten too big too quick.......
