(More customer reviews)Before I purchased this product I would have wanted to see on the website that there are degrees of installation ie. REGULAR INSTALLATION INCLUDED IN PURCHASE that leaves wires in view and ADVANCED INSTALLATION AT AN ADDITIONAL COST that conceals wires....Once the technician came to install cameras and made this known to us we refused standard installation and contacted company for premium install...Manager and customer service personnel were prompt and courteous in returning calls. Technicians returned to return and conceal wires for which we paid a premium price quoted to us over the phone. Because this property is in a section of Florida that was experiencing 80- 90 degree days this May 2011, service needed to be scheduled during the morning hours before it was too hot to access attic through which wires had to be hidden...due to length of job, a one visit installation turned into two visits back to back...A vacation property, fortunately,someone could be at home during the morning hours . Once on the premises, they cooperated with us in every way to position cameras to our best advantage. Neat and clean in the install, no debris was left behind from their having serviced us.
