Even with cost savings the unit provided all the options and functions needed for projects.
The images being jpeg is a plus , since the Tek units use there own image format requiring an external program.
The pictures are viewable immediately thru any computer with secure card reader port.
Sensitivity is good and found more uses for the unit than imagined.
IE finding hidden studs in wall and tracing heat ducts in sub floors.
It does everything that you basically would require.
