(More customer reviews)Put it 7-7.5 feet up a wall. In the middle of a wall or in a corner. The signal goes down at a 45 degree angle and to the sides at about 45 degrees as well. So, it is perfect for a corner. We have a cat and he doesn't set it off, but a person sure does. Completely wireless.
