(More customer reviews)I have used these cameras extensively. They were really good when they were made by Extreme CCTV. Now that Bosch has bought them out, the cameras are still good, BUT the mounts that are supplied with the camera rust really faste !!!!! BEWARE.
Bosch said:
1. They cannot rust, they are Aluminum......NOT SO
2. Then they said, it is not rust, it is "pitting" NOT SO....BROWN RUST RUNNING DOWN THE HOSE WALLS!!!!
3. Then they said ....buy the bigger, more expensive WZ18 camera....WHY SHOULD I. I DONT NEED THE BIGGER CAMERA.
4. Now they say " go buy stainless steel mounts"....So they wont even sort out their issues.
CONCLUSION:
if there is ANY chance of rust in your area....DONT BUY THESE. THEY WILL RUST AND YOU WONT HAVE ANY SUPPORT FROM BOSCH !
