(More customer reviews)I've had this alarm for about a month now and haven't had any problems. After reading the entire installation manual I still had problems activating the sensors as the manual is confusing ... if you follow it exactly you're instructed to enter codes that cause the units not to activate. A quick call to AAS as answered promptly and when I asked for a call back at a certain, I was contacted at exactly the time I stated. EXCELLENT customer service and support. My only suggestion would be carefully going through the manual and correcting the misinformation. Otherwise, a great product. Sirens are REALLY loud, enough the get my neighbors attention. Easy to use (just remind yourself that you need to disarm it, too). I have recommended this product to a couple of people already.
