(More customer reviews)I purchased this item to be used not as home security but as a hobby related item. I am mounting cameras inside RC cars/trucks and model railroad locomotives. The picture quality for the size of the camera is very good, color is accurate, the manual focus works well. I was dissapointed with battery life (using 9v for the cameras doesn't last more than a few hours usually) and distance without interference. The viewing distance is accurate with NO walls at all but random static will appear. The receiver is 4 channel which is great for adding two more cameras but i found one channel to have a lot of interference around the house and other locations.
For the price i am happy with the product but would have spent more money if i was offered a similar product with less interference. A remote for changing channels would be nice as well rather than a small button on the back of the receiver.
