The instruction booklet that comes with the unit is poorly written, when I was having problems with the unit and attempted to return, called company and was told I had to speak to a tech support person (there is no reference or number inside the box for any such person).... they gave me the number. The unit gives very poor, distorted voice transmission - at either end of the scale, you cannot understand a word the person talking through the unit is saying. Very unsatisfactory product. I have owned other voice changes (years ago), that worked exactly as advertised - this one does not. I had to spend alot of money to send it back, and I'm not sure I'll even get full credit for the return - the "handling" charge is very high as well, for such a small item.
